REFUND POLICY 

All orders are cut & sewn in house! They are done in order that they are received. If there is ever a time rush please reach out to me via fb or email me at voluptuousvixenllc@icloud.com

All items are final sale only, due to the nature of the product.

Turn around time will be within 15-30 business days (Monday-Friday) for all orders unless noted otherwise, this is not including weekends & Holidays. This does not include shipping times, (please note that I will announce any delays on the Facebook & Instagram pages. 

Due to the nature of the items sold (undergarments, lingerie and such) specific to your sizing, there are no refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on my end. If there are any issues please shoot me an email within 3 days of receiving the package and I will get it fixed right away for you.
